Loving my experience at RAD so far. My first appointment was back in October and was very impressed with the new and beautifully appointed office. The front desk staff was so friendly in my scheduling and when I arrived for my appointment, love that they have Nespresso as well as soda waters to choose from. I met with Dr. Aguirre and she designed a treatment plan based off of my concerns and my goals. She then handed it off to nurse Meghan who sat in on my consultation to listen and know exactly what Dr Aguirre’s plan was. After my second appointment, I’m already seeing the difference and I’m so excited! The office is clean, modern, and has a calming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. I came in for a skin consultation and a treatment I’d been nervous about, but they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Aguirre and the entire staff are absolutely amazing. I have had unexplained, severe skin irritation issues for over 15 years that no doctor could help me with and I mean NO DOCTOR! Dr. Aguirre is the first doctor to actually hear me, take the time to understand my problem and the history of it and take the time to figure out a solution. I’ve been seeing her for only 6 weeks and I am finally experiencing relief for the first time. In addition, the entire office is so extremely kind and polite and helpful. I have not met a person in her office I did not like.
