Palm Terrace Care Center

I have gotten to know the team at Palm Terrace Care Center over the last few months and I have been nothing but impressed with them. As a person coming from the outside, right when you walk in you can see and feel the passion for what they do. As I sat in the lobby I saw and listened to the rehab team as they instructed and encouraged patients walking the halls. I saw a nurse stop and take the time to answer a question that a family member had about her loved one. She answered with a smile and made sure the family member had received the answer she needed and didn’t discourage communication. I know this team takes pride in the quality of care that they provide.

We brought our dad to this place back in June. We didn't know what to expect. We read reviews and heard from people who were previously here that it was a nice place. To be very honest, this place has exceeded all our expectations! Not only do they have a very skilled, professional staff, but the way they treat each and everyone of their patients it's just great! They are caring, professional, knowledgeable, nice, but they also know what they do, and they love what they do. Our father feels great here, and he loves being here. The way this center was designed gives you that sense of a cozy, loving home, and not just a building for business purposes. We truly love it here. I was just recently discharged from Palm Terrace and I’d recommend this place for sure.constantly they keep this place spotless and clean. Inside and out. All the nurses and staff here are very experienced and super friendly. Made me very comfortable the whole time. I’d like to give a shout out to some employees that stood out in my experience here. Alondra, Clint, Shay, Elizabeth, Both Ashley’s , Christine, Betty, Katrina and Sonya. I’m sure I missed a few but let me say “ Palm Terrace these names deserve a raise” they took very good care of me got me back on my feet and ready to go back to work. My father was placed here and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! The physical and occupational therapy’s are great! My father was there for 3 weeks and he had a stroke and had surgery on him so he was non verbal and paralyzed from his right side. And within a week of being there he started showing ALOT of progress! He was finally able to lift his arms and legs and sit up . The nurses there are so kind Lupe Miriam and few other nurses were very patient and kind with my father . He was hard to understand but the nurses there were very patient and friendly . Vilma is AWESOME! she helped me a lot with scheduling an appointment for my father since on my end I was having trouble but she was able to get the appointment for me . Thank you for taking care of our Grandma Isabelita Enage. Great place for rehabilitation. She recovered fast. Nice to have picnic on Sundays and my mom always visited her.
