I want to sincerely thank the amazing nurses who cared for my mother-in-law. Your kindness, patience, and genuine compassion truly touched our hearts. You weren’t just doing your jobs — you care for her as if she were your own family. Every smile, gentle word, and thoughtful gesture made such a difference in her comfort and recovery. It’s rare to meet people with such warm hearts and dedication. You made her feel safe, respected, and deeply cared for, and for that, our whole family is incredibly grateful. Thank you for being so sweet, accommodating, and attentive — you are truly angels in uniforms, and your kindness will never be forgotten.

Very warm and welcoming atmosphere! Everyone was so kind and caring. It really felt like a community. I was there to participate in a holiday party for the residents and had a great time!

I have been here twice now to visit a friend. The people there have really been nice. I use a medical scooter to get around . They are there to open and close doors for me without asking. I am also deaf so they have taken . the time to show me what I need to know or where to go. I have only been on one shift but the times I have gone there has been different people there and they are all very curious and helpful to me and my friend who is staying there right now. It is not far from the main bus route and that makes it very difficult say to get to. If I had to go somewhere for rehab I would not mind going to Palm Gardens.

It was quick and easy to check into Palm Gardens. After the first time sign in you are recognized it knows who you are visiting. To answer a yes or no question, there were only two, all you had to do was move your head. Your picture is taken and it prints out a visitors pass. Awesome!
