My mom came here and had her teeth removed for dentures. We've come back many times to have it adjusted and fixed and the first time we came back, the denture plastic had grown into the upper tooth that was removed.. They brought in a technician or someone of that type to fix, but they did not look at the opening into her upper mouth where the plastic had absorbed into (where tooth was removed) and they didn't even have a doctor there but the technician who adjusted the dentures and sent my mom home. Later that week, my mom had serious issues with an infection in her sinus that could ONLY HAVE COME from that opening in the upper top where the plastic had originally gone into. They should have prescribed antibiotics, just like they do when they remove teeth, to prevent infections, but they

Totally changed my reviews after they took advantage of me. The dentures I got delivered were never adjusted to make sure they fit. The bottom denture couldn't even be worn. The office staff stands around and talks instead of keeping busy. Each time you go, there is a different dentist. My son was told," it's not my problem " when asking a question. They had him drive a half hour only to be told they couldn't help him. He called prior to driving there to make sure. This makes it nearly impossible to get decent care. Very, very flaky place! Avoid this place!

ZERO STARS!!! My daughter is prepared to sue the dentist here. I will be filing a formal complaint as well against her license. She was not properly numbed. Nobody asked her to raise her hand if she was in pain. Finally someone asked her if she was ok when and was squirming like crazy and the dentist just was like. “She’s fine”. My daughter had severe pain for a week. …. My daughter is mixed race black /Latina btw…. I have had attitude thrown at me before for having medi cal but you don’t get to permanently injure my daughters mouth. She to this day can’t eat anything hard on that side. DO NOT GO HERE. For any reason. Close this place down or get a new dentist.

If I can give a big fat ZERO I would but I can’t. By far the worst overall dental office and experience I’ve ever had. Been going to dentist my whole life and Palm dental dentist suck. They got their degree out of a vending machine because they have no clue in what they’re doing. But they do know how to scam insurance companies, I’ve seen and heard the staff talking about how much they’re scamming insurance companies. They’ve charged me cash for products they don’t give to me and once I complain they say they never received my payment. So avoid getting scammed by Palm Dental. Next I’m going to turn them in for scamming us and insurance companies.

When I entered the office there were 5 people waiting to be seen. My appt. was at 6 pm and I waited 50 minutes to be seen. The dentist was not very personable and was not thorough enough. My bite was off. I let him know and he said you will get used to it. I did not feel cared for. My visit lasted a little over 5 minutes. I felt rushed. It still does not feel right. I will be going back tomorrow with my concerns. Will let you know how he proceeds.
