To begin with, it took us a month for them to decide whether to remove his lower or upper wisdom teeth because, according to them, medicaid Dental Quest did not cover the lower ones, even though they were the ones causing my son pain in his jaw. I had to call Dental Quest Medicaid to ask for an explanation, and they told me that the dentist did not mention that my son was in pain... The dentist wanted to charge me $400 for the lower wisdom teeth, the ones that were causing problems, and not for the upper ones, which were covered. But that wasn't the case. They had me going back and forth for a month, and then they called me to say that the lower ones were covered and the upper ones weren't... in other words, everything was reversed. Wow. They made an appointment for the lower wisdom teeth

I love this dental practes. Dr. Hew is so compassionate and well skilled when it comes to incisions. I dread the dentist like everyone else, but when it comes to oral surgery I make the trip for my family from Broward. He has removed the wisdom teeth from my kids and myself. The staff is so amazing! They are caring, compassionate, and gentle. Staff didn't make me feel self-conscious and they explained the procedure and post-op instructions throughly. I highly suggest this practice!

My dental hygienes (Yamile) is awesome. She always make sure I'm in and out on time while providing great service. The only down fall is making sure the dental office don't change my appointment at the last minute.

At Palm Dental Center, I felt safe, and they inspired confidence and warmth. They make you feel like you're in a family environment, and professionally, they are excellent. After my appointments with Dr. Max (my hygienist), I've seen incredible results!

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming and the dentist was patient and professional. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist.
