Went to this facility for the first time and received the worst treatment a person could ever receive, be mindful I said person not patient. No medical facility in the world would treat a patient this way. I got there 15 minutes early, the Middled Age woman in the front had a terrible attitude, yelled at me to sign in (3x) but never took her eyes off the screen she was looking at, I told her to refrain from speaking to me that way, and if she couldn’t then that I would not speak to her at all, another woman tried to intervene but the original woman would not allow her to speak because she insisted that I only speak to her (making a point - because I had stopped acknowledging her). I asked for the manager but they didn’t know when the manager would be in next! , the second woman at my reque

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this was a frustrating experience. I waited a month for an appointment after clearly stating I had a small chipped tooth that needed fixing. Instead, they scheduled me for a cleaning/check-up — and then didn’t even do the cleaning. I arrived early for my 11:00 a.m. appointment, wasn’t brought in until 11:15, and by 11:35 they told me they didn’t have time for the cleaning because they had other patients. The chip repair took 5 minutes and still looks the same. They also took one unexplained X-ray. It felt rushed, unprofessional, and like they didn’t respect my time or concerns. I asked why they couldn’t perform the cleaning, and they simply said they “didn’t have any more time,” which was confusing since the provider was only with me for about 5 min

Very bad customer service. Not polite and very rude when asked a question. Lied about calling me to confirm appointment in which I had called the day before to confirm.

I had to get three fillings done here, dentist was working on 3 other patients, left me with on the chair with numbing that was not inserted properly (left a bubble of anesthetic in my mouth) for almost an hour. By the time he came back and decided to work on my teeth, he rushed it and at the end did not shape or file what he put in my mouth. I struggle flossing as he merged my two teeth into one. The bottom cavity was not done right and popped out, taking natural teeth with it and I had to have a root canal as it cracked my tooth now to the nerve. Dont know his name, Asian 30s-40s male.

I got my filling done here, had some issues figuring out my insurance but the receptionist helped me. Dentist is very sweet and does a great job. very lovely :)
