Such an exceptional experience from start to finish. The space is beautiful and the team is genuinely warm and welcoming. After scheduling a consultation I received a phone call that walked me through what to expect. When I arrived, there was a personalized welcome sign, a small but incredibly thoughtful touch that immediately set the tone. Dr. Kaplan created a calm, friendly environment and took the time to ensure the consultation felt unhurried and comfortable. The assessment was thorough and the proposed plan was clear and well reasoned. What stood out most was their integrity. Rather than rushing into treatment, they recommended waiting a few months so the results would be as effective and successful as possible.

My experience at OWN was amazing. Jess was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from check-in to check-out. Dr. Kaplan and Jess both took time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. The office was gorgeous, clean and well organized, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend!

The team was absolutely amazing! Annie & Jess are delightful, they make you feel right at home! Dr. Campbell was informative & made me feel much more comfortable about getting braces at my age! Dr. Kaplan I met briefly but went out of her way to introduce herself which was much appreciated! Overall this is a great place & I highly recommend.

Dr. Sarah & Dr Matthew are not only great at what the do. They are great individuals. Very cheerful people going Though live with open arms. Also having a great impact on the community. There facility is very spacious. Very warm and very pleasing to the eye. A place where you can feel comfortable and safe.
