Great visit today at my chiropractor! Dr. Regina is awesome 🙌 — she always helps get me back in alignment and reduces pain. I can truly feel the difference after each visit. I also appreciate how easy it is to get an appointment, especially when you need help in an emergency. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment using their scheduling app and added it to my calendar using the same app and it added it to my calendar for the wrong time zone causing me to miss my appointment. They charged me the $75 late fee for not showing up and I tried to explain that to them and show them proof that their app added it to my calendar for the wrong time zone and all I got was a smart ass response saying “well that’s not our fault or our problem” and when I said I wasn’t going back and they lost me as a customer, they responded “well it was nice having you.” It’s terrible customer service. Also they can’t keep a massage therapist employed at their location to save their lives. This is the 3rd one that they have told me “oh so sorry Cam is no longer with us. We scheduled you with someone else.
