Pain Treatment Centers of America

I've been going to this clinic for pain management for about four years. The first doctor I was assigned to was good and understanding, I was disappointed when he left the White Hall Clinic and permanently relocated to the clinic in Hot Springs. I had an option to continue to be his patient that means I would've been going to the clinic in Hot Springs or I could remain a patient at White Hall and get assigned to another doctor. I can honestly say that the doctor I've been seeing now for about two years is good and understanding as well. The Nurse Practitioners are a breath of fresh air and their other staff members are nice and professional as well. I can't see myself going anywhere else.

I just adore Mrs. Y. Guiley !! She really listens to you. I appreciate all that she does for me!!! PTCOA has really been a God Send to me!! They don’t try and cram pills down your throat either. As, I like to not take medication, and they are ok with that. I hope they never leave White Hall. I would be lost without them.

Though I had some tell me that the center was uncaring. I personally have nothing but good to say about my treatment I don’t always agree and don’t always understand the reason for seeing other staff members . But, I am Always treated with curiosity and respect and they are always willing to listen to me and explain my treatment! I believe you are treated accordingly so be thoughtful, kind and respectful and it will most always be returned! I appreciate the staff and the respect and I support their efforts to be there when I need them! I have seen many doctors and different medical clinics but of all of them this is my choice of professionals to go to!

Dr brown is a nice guy, he listens to what I have to say, and so far he has really tried to help me with my pain issues. The nurses are great and the other staff memebers have been nothing but helpful.

Dr. Brown and his nurse was very attentive to my needs and understanding of my medical condition. He explained the process of pain management and to continue services must adhere to the instructions and procedures. I would recommend Dr. Keith Brown
