They took care of me as if my emergency was their emergency. Made sure to schedule me during holiday sale and got my new set of hearing aids almost half off. Highly recommend.

Awesome, the lady up front is funny and easy to get alone with. She's a hoot.

I found the facility very clean very orderly. Also the receptionist, Miss Stephanie is very competent at what she does and from getting the appointment through everything we were treated with dignity and respect. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable the doctor took the time to explain everything, and when I had to step out while she was talking to my husband to take a couple of phone calls she went on with what she was telling him. When I came back, she went over all that information with me again so that I could know how to help him to take care of his hearing aids. I just want to say that overall it was a wonderful experience and we really think the staff.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and never rush you out the door (although if you're in a hurry yourself they accommodate you) and they communicate the information you need clearly. My experience here over the last few years has been positive.
