For a routine follow up I was at the facility for 2 hours. The worst part was waiting without any updates. It was not until I came out of the room did things start happening. The kicker, it was a telehealth appointment! The two stars were for the nurse who is always pleasant and helpful, the practitioner doing her best to turn the situation as positive as possible and an office manager that seemed to take my health as well my experience and others to heart and task.

Mrs. Brittany she has way explaining what the Dr is gonna do to you, were you will understand it!!! Brittany is an AWESOME person!! Dr.Brown will take his time and explain everything that is wrong withcha and Dr. Brown you're Awesome

I appreciate the care I receive at pain treatment center. Brittney is one of the most caring people I have ever dealt with concerning my Healthcare, she truly cares about your health and well being.

This was my first visit and first time meeting Dr. Brown. He took his time with me on my visit and answering all my questions on going over all of concerns with me about procedures I am having and will be having in the future he made me feel very comfortable. He is a great doctor.I would recommend him.

Brittney has the perfect balance of professionalism and compassion. She is very knowledgeable and explains “where we are” and all our options clearly. What can I say? She’s great!
