I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. I purchased a Cold Water Therapy and Hot Water Therapy System - Circulating Personal Heat/Cooling Device by Aqua Relief (ARS w/TPU) in October 2023 after my rotator cuff and bicep surgery. I used it for about two weeks, then stored it away when I realized I preferred traditional ice packs. Fast forward to September 2025, when I needed it again after knee replacement surgery, and after just 2½ weeks of use, the motor completely died. When I contacted the company, it took them several days to call me back (power outage on their end), only to tell me the product has a six-month warranty (even though the Amazon listing clearly stated one year when I purchased).
