PADEK HEALTHCARE PHARMACY II

I've had a great experience here. they always fill my prescriptions in a timely manner and I've never had any mistakes. I also like that they text when your prescription is ready, which is not always option at a small local pharmacy. The staff are polite and best off all I've literally never had to wait for even one person ahead of me when I pick up my prescription. they have a decent selection of drugstore products too--most items they have one name brand option and one budget option. in contrast to this place, the walgreens down the street frequently failed to fill my prescription in time, never picked up the phone, and usually had a line at the pharmacy counter. very glad I switched to this pharmacy!

Great pharmacy. Small, mom and pop pharmacy with caring pharmacist who are kind and knowledgeable. Very clean.

I love this pharmacy! The Pharmacist, Managers and assistants are always so helpful and try to understand what you need so they can help you. They take the time to call your doctors or other pharmacies to be sure you have your medicine when you need it. I think because it's an independent pharmacy they feel more invested in the community and the service reflects that. The only things that can be a challenge at this location is that they share a parking lot with the Enterprise Car Rental next door and it can be tricky to get in and park sometimes.

I'll start by saying that the people at this pharmacy are very nice, and I am sure have only good intentions. That being said, something with either the technology or workflow of this pharmacy is woefully inadequate and, ultimately, I had to make the decision to find a new pharmacy. I was with Padek for roughly two years, probably filling prescriptions every other month or so. In those two years, I literally had no instances where a prescription pickup took less than 20-45 minutes. There was constant confusion about my prescriptions, an inability to turn off autorefills that I requested multiple times, and at some point the pharmacy created duplicate profiles for me so that prescriptions would not be seen by technicians and I'd be told erroneously "they didn't have it". I’ve visited Padek health care pharmacy on many occasions during my visitation to Maryland in America. The attention they give to their customers is amazing. The environment is neat and the workers are very prompt in attending to your needs. The pharmacy is adequately stocked with all necessary medications. The pharmacy is highly recommended.
