P.A.D.

Our visits have been fine but the office staff, billing and Dr Dunlap have completely lacked communication. We got billed for “surgery” that my child never had and when I tried to get answers no one even could tell me what the charge was for. I called multiple times and thought the issue was taken care of until I got bills in the mail. I would call and again they made it seem handled until I would call to schedule something and find out I still had a balance. When it comes to my child I don’t play and they completely lost my trust. We are leaving the practice and I would never recommend them

After many particular recommendations we've chosen our new pediatrician here. Just after first visit I can surely say, that doctor Nicole Corrigan-Garrett is thinking, reasonable, very attentive and that my child will be in trustworthy hands. We're absolutely happy with our choice. Also must say, that all stuff is exceptionally great, caring and very helpful. Huge plus is short waiting time, that is a miracle nowadays.

We had some unpleasant shot visits, but then we met nurse Victoria! She is very gentile with our son and super fast when giving him shots. We always ask for her whenever our son needs a shot, and she has really improved our experience at P.A.D!

We love PAD. Always be able to get same day appointments scheduled. All the doctors (we especially love Dr. Amy Hayes) and nurses are amazing! The only problem is, sometimes we miss the phone call from the doctor and want to return the call, it’s just not that convenient. I don’t know the extension number nor the front desk number and have to bother the nurse to help transfer my call. Otherwise everything else is perfect!

We love P. A. D. My daughter sees Dr. Hayes, who is fantastic, patient, knowledgeable, and kind—she is like the Bob Ross of Physicians. But the other day we had to do a sick visit, and we saw Dr. Kota. He was also very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He listened without making us feel rushed and explained everything in detail. Overall, P. A. D. is excellent. They are available late on weekdays, which is great for working parents and open on weekends. We love PAD.
