PACS Urgent Care Alexandria VA

I visited urgent care today for dehydration, and the experience was excellent. Emily, the PA, was very attentive, professional, and reassuring. She took great care of me and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Tisha at the front desk was also wonderful — welcoming, efficient, and very kind. I truly appreciate the care I received. Highly recommend this urgent care!

Sarah Tesfamariam made me feel really uncared for. Even though she told me to come back if my headache persisted or got worse, she was really condescending and rude to me when I did go back the next day. I had gotten bit in the head and knocked out by a dog at work and she made me feel like it was no big deal despite my headache being horrible. She didn’t really care to give me any information. I ended up going to my primary care provider who told me I had a concussion, gave me handouts on how to care for it and how to slowly reintroduce activities into my day as my symptoms improved. Sadly, my experience at PACS was nowhere near as hospitable as my usual PCP. I was really disappointed in Sarah Tesfamariam and bedside manner is clearly not her strong suit. I’m sure she’s smart and capable

Staff, location, no wait time and just complete good service. Dr will listen and help you in every way. Due to the flu 😷 season, it’s best you make an appointment.

I had an outstanding experience at Family Doctor with Dr. Sarah. She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough—she took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made us feel truly cared for. The visit was for both my father-in-law and mother-in-law, and they left extremely happy and satisfied with the care they received. A special thank you to Tisha .the assistant, who was amazing at drawing blood. She made the process easy and painless, and filled the room with joy and smiles.
