What you see is what you get Dr packer is amazing she up front and honest she built this practice so everyone can feel like family and she is strict on making sure that the environment of her office is comfortable and safe for her patients.She isn't afraid to tell people who disrespect her facility to leave. I've never felt more safe and comfortable at the dentist. Even when she is pulling my teeth out I still felt as though she was a family member and that I was in good hands. Her whole staff team is the same way. I highly recommend this office.

Be aware of this place. The main person working on you will be talking to other patients for up to an hour or more, making you wait forever. The regular cleaners outside of Packer are pleasant. However, this is not enough to save you from the horrors that await you. Packer herself is, as other reviewers have said, nasty and unprofessional. If you want random opinions and diagnoses from your dentist for totally different medical fields and someone who does not listen to what you are saying, this is the place for you. This place has also taken so many x-rays that my insurance won't pay for any more, so I can't get my teeth fixed anywhere else.

They keep taking down my reviews. If i could give negative stars I would. About 2 years ago, i was working the overnight shift when I was in the military. I had to get a dental check up and was scheduled with Dr. Packer. She cancelled on me after waiting in the parking lot for well over an hour. A week later, when I finally got to meet her, she was quite frankly the nastiest most unpleasant person that I have met. She didn’t believe that I worked the overnight shift and threatened to call my command because she thought I was lying. People don’t forget. Now I’m a cop and have met plenty of people but Dr. Packer is still top of my list as the most unpleasant.

I love Dr Packer and her staff, they are family, she’s the 1st dentist i have ever had that actually cared. She cares about the work she does and the people she does it for. My whole family goes to her. She’s great with children and adults.From cleanings, to root canals, to dentures. my family has been extremely satisfied with her services. Packers Family Dentistry has helped me smile with confidence for the 1st time in my 28 years of life. I am very grateful and thankful for them.

PLEASE USE CAUTION. I waited for 45 minutes before someone even came TO THE FRONT DESK. They apologized and told me a "Guaranteed Payor - AKA- military person" came in for an emergency and that the government would be paying for their dental work so the medical assistant jumped in to assist. How professional right... I then was in the chair for over an hour, Dr. Packer, clearly on SOMETHING - high, drunk or in between - spoke AT me, VERY close to my face- about politics, prescription drugs, how many times she has been nearly in trouble for over-prescribing, how much pain I MUST be in. She prescribed me ATIVAN and OXY for some jaw pain - to which I hadn't even seen the oral surgeon for an appt. yet. She told me this would help me sleep - didn't bother to ask what other medications I am on t
