I would recommend Hearing Associates to anyone that is having hearing problems or just need a check-up. Dr. Brightwell is very thorough and answers your questions. Angela welcomes you like your family and very helpful.

Office staff is so friendly and welcoming! What’s more, they’re very prompt which I appreciate. Dr Toni was very thorough and explained everything so clearly in addition to answering all my questions. I really couldn’t be happier with my experience.

The wait time was acceptable. The audiologist was very nice. My dad was very upset that he was still charged a $45 copay despite the fact that his appt was less than 10 minutes total. No hearing test could be done that day due to current circumstances...which was understandable but then don't charge a copay. Basically they just referred my dad to ENT. Shouldn't have been charged for 10 min visit. Other than that, was not unhappy with the place.

The office operates on time in a professional yet welcoming manner. Dr. Tony doesn't just supply your hearing aids she teaches you how to get your best benefit from them. She takes the time to answer all questions, teaches you how to clean and maintain your devices. Additionally she teaches you how to set up and use the Bluetooth app on your phone to get the most from your devices. She seems to know how to navigate both Android and iPhone so no worries there. The technology I am wearing now vs what I wore in the late nineties has been a game changer. Don't be shy and don't worry about vanity. In the 25 plus years I have been wearing hearing aids not once did someone make a negative comment about them. To live your best possible life make that call today!

Small efficient office easy to get to with plenty of parking. Check in was easy and saw the doctor immediately. Sound booth was up to date with the latest devices. Happy with my experience.
