I had a great doctor (Dr. Joseph Thompson) that was super helpful & would love to see him again as his bedside manner was professional & seemed genuine to help me on my fitness & better health journey! I give a 4 due to having to wait in the back for (at least 25 mins) for an appointment I arrived on time for. Great customer service when calling & at the front desk!

The reason I am giving a 1-star review is strictly due to my PCP, Karen Johnson. If I could give her a zero, I would. Her bedside manner is terrible. She had made comments to me that have made me uncomfortable a few times when I came for visits in the past, I let it go and came back to her even though I already had a few bad experiences with her. I got a diagnoses from my Neuropsychology doctor and my Neuropsych suggested I reach out to my PCP to help figure out my medication if she is able to prescribe. I made an appointment, I let the person making my appointment know what I was trying to see Karen for. I even messaged Karen to give her an update on MyChart since I haven’t seen her in a moment, someone other than HER replied and said to talk to Karen when I come in for my visit. No, duh

Just my first visit but the staff is delightful, prompt and friendly. It is such a a relief to have a real doctor to see without months of waiting. I felt comfortable and had enough time to thoroughly review my symptoms, medications and diagnosis.

My visits with Dr. Soni always go well, primarily because he talks to me like an intelligent adult who understands what he’s saying. If I do have any questions about any part of my treatment he takes the time to answer my concerns as quickly as possible and he never appears to be impatient with me or irritated by my questions. That is something that I really appreciate and I have a great deal of respect for him as well as his staff who are also very knowledgeable and friendly which I appreciate very much!

I had to see a doctor here instead of my usual PCP at the main clinic and my gosh this guy did not know anything at all. Every time I ask him a question he had to look it up on his laptop.
