Jason did a wonderful job of up dating our hearing aides and giving up information about how to use them more efficiently and easier. He also gave me information about how to manage my tinnitus. It was a wonderful visit. Joan and Roger Holland

I purchased my hearing aids 3 years ago from Pacific Northwest Audiology and slowly every single audiologist has left the practice. They have not been upfront about this AT ALL and there are currently ZERO in-person audiologists at the clinic. They have 1 remote audiologist to serve their very large clientele. It's nearly impossible to get an appointment and if you need to service your hearing aids, the turnaround time I was quoted was 4 weeks (to send them out). I complained because Oticon has a 5-10 day service guarantee and magically my hearing aids were ready 2 days later. Sadly, PNA is under poor management, the communication has been atrocious/deceiving, their prices are the highest in town and they have NO AUDIOLOGISTS. There are other great options in town.

Excellent staff! Friendly, helpful, and professional. There’s NO comparison in audiologists. After being very disappointed by the competitors, PNW Audiology has been a refreshing experience! I highly recommend them.

I picked up my hearing aids after being serviced. The sound was too sharp but it was not corrected as I think the person who helped me was not an audiologist. She just said they were at the same setting as when I dropped them off.

I was seen on time and greeted warmly by the audiologist, Dr. Ashley Penner. She reviewed my records and provided an overview of the process for a hearing evaluation. The evaluation was very thorough. Afterwards, Dr. Penner reviewed the results and explained everything detail exceeding my expectations and previous experience with any audiologist. We made a decision and I will be getting hearing aids. I felt very assured and confident that I was getting the best advice and that I can look forward to improved hearing as well as excellent care over time from Dr. Penner.
