Pacific Grove deserves a 10/10 We recently moved our friend into Pacific Grove, senior living, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The community is warm, welcoming, and truly feels like home. The residents are friendly, the staff is attentive, and the food is genuinely great not something you could say about every senior living community. The nurses deserve special recognition. They are hands-down, the best we’ve ever met, compassionate, skilled, and consistently going above and beyond to make sure our friend is comfortable and cared for . Our friend has his own apartment, which gives him independence while still having support when he needs it. My childhood best friend of 50 years in here. This was the best decision for him and we could not be happier with that choice. My friend has a TBI that causes seizures and he unfortunately had one of those recently. The staff handled the situation professionally, kindly, and with so much grace. This place feels like home. It’s clean, warm, and has plenty of activities and even great food. His room is amazing as well. He has a huge room with his own space and his own bathroom and a sink, refrigerator, freezer combo and a microwave. His room also can control the heat and air in his room so he is always comfortable. This place is the most shadiest residential care facility please do not move your loved one in the business office manger is very unprofessional and gossips all the time and the caregivers and med tech have no trainings on taking care of residents the rcc in memory care Maggie is unprofessional and causes problems against others you can find a better place to move your loved in not here.

My experience was deeply disappointing. The management is disorganized and seems unprepared to handle the responsibilities of running a senior living facility. Training is unpaid, which is frustrating, especially considering the high turnover rate among staff. The facility is constantly understaffed, leading to overworked employees and negatively impacting the quality of care for residents. It’s heartbreaking to see so many residents moving out or passing away, and it feels like management doesn’t take these issues—or their staff—seriously. The campus director, Michelle Booger, is a prime example of the problem. She doesn’t know what she’s doing and is an embarrassment to the company. Her lack of leadership makes it difficult for the staff to feel supported or for the facility to run eff
