Very professional place. From the appointment to confirmation to reminder to the visit, these folks know how health-care should be done. Dr. Gay Jr. Has amazing listening skills and knows how to empathize without being disingenuous. If I had four hands, all four thumbs would be up. Instead, just two thumbs up and two big toes up will have to do.

I love my Dr., she is so kind. Let's me do my health care the way I want 2, doesn't push vaccines or treatments I don't want. The phlebotomy was great finding my vein without pain. Highly recommend this family practice clinic

They just plain suck. Canceled my sons apt while he was sitting in the exam room. Terrible customer service. Constant scheduling conflicts. All around crap place.

Best PCP I have ever had!! Erika Horner, PA and team always takes time to listen to what I have to say, always willing to talk to me about options and educate me on alternatives. I do not live in the FG area anymore, so my drive is quite a bit longer, but worth every single extra mile just to see her! My finance sees Cassandra Evanetich who is an absolute gem as well! The front reception ladies are always fantastic and friendly. Thank you, Mt. View Medical Center for providing the best medical care I have ever received!!

I appreciate the extra effort this doctors office makes to adapt to my schedule. They send a text message to confirm my appointments and if I can't make it, they reschedule over text. This means I don't have to sit on hold for 20 minutes waiting to talk to the receptionist about rescheduling. My doctor is wonderful, genuinely interested in my health and open to alternative medicine.
