Went to this dentist for the 1st time for a cleaning after the cleaning he insisted on repairing a cavity on my front tooth he didnt use anything to numb my gums and got very annoyed and asked if I wanted the procedure done or not when I asked him for a second to prepare for the injection that he shoved in my gums extremely hard which left me literally crying tears and I mean I cried to the point where his dental assistant show empathy. This place has a nasty smell and although staff was nice he was not I wouldn't recommend him to anyone and I won't be returning!!!

I had a very disappointing experience. While the nurse was friendly and supportive, my interaction with the dentist was far from reassuring. He was hardly communicative, making me feel rushed and uncomfortable during the procedure. Unfortunately, this lack of attention led to significant pain and discomfort, and I now need to visit another dentist to correct the mistakes made during this appointment. The equipment also was outdated. I could feel everything, and the entire experience was traumatic. I would not recommend this dental practice.

I’ve been going to Pacific for a few years now and I highly recommend them. gotten cleanings, cavities filled, and teeth whitening. Dr chaplik is quick and has a light touch, I’ve got pretty sensitive teeth and he’s even able to do certain cavities without a shot so if you have anxiety around going to the dentist you should give them a call for sure. T

Had cleanings, x-rays and fillings taken care of here for 7 years. I've never had great teeth but these past 7 years have been pretty good. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist. Open Saturdays.

I have been going to Dr Chaplik for 10 years and his work is THE BEST I have had. I have horrible teeth so I have been getting work done on them my whole life and no one is better than Ivan. I used to go to this fancy place on Central Park South thinking I would get better care. The office was great but the work was not as good as Dr Chaplik’s. His office isn’t anything to look at and the wait times can be long but it’s worth it. The whole crew here is Ukrainian so sometimes a little is lost in translation but I’m telling you I will never go to another dentist.
