Billing is slow and nonsensical. Received separate bills almost two months apart for two pieces of DME from the same surgery, given to me on the same day. Paying your bill over the phone is difficult- it's a bad, glitchy AI service, and talking to a real person is impossible. You can pay your bill online, but nothing on the bill itself makes that known or provides instructions. You have to dig around their website to find the option. Impossible to avoid if this is the service that your surgeon uses for DME, so there's no incentive for them to be better. Wouldn't interact with them if I had a choice. This company embodies most of what's wrong with healthcare.

Was visiting from out of town and needed a prescription filled for a knee brace. Scheduling, communication, and organization was very easy and everyone I interacted with was super friendly. Fully satisfied with my product.

Medical suppliers who don't have shoulder braces and tell you that a basic brace doesn't exsist. Tell that to Amazon. Where the only reason I didn't get one there was shipping.
