Both Dr. Pacheco and Dr. Medina were very professional and welcoming during my dental visit. Before even walking into the waiting room a dental assistant took my temperature and asked me to rinse my mouth and wash my hands before entering the waiting room. This made me feel that the dental office staff took our well-being very serious during this pandemic. With all the cleanliness and protective gear that Dr. Pacheco and his assistant wore, made me feel very safe and comfortable. I really appreciate that extra step they took to protect everyone in their office.

First impressions matter. They have a lack of respect for your time. I had an appt at 1.30 & was only seen at 2.45. I have insurance, so i wanted to use that. I asked them what was, and what was not covered by my insurance and the only response I got was “that was your job to find out” Rather off putting, especially when we are paying them to be professional and friendly. If you need dental work, do not come here.

Very inconsiderate of people's time. My wife had an appointment with Dr. Medina on Monday after arriving at the office Dr. Medina told her that the appointment had been cancelled since you don't have insurance (she was planning to pay out of pocket) and that you need to call on Tuesday to re-schedule another appointment. When spoke with the receptionist, April, she totally made it my wife's fault not to find out that her appointment was canceled (supposedly on Saturday two days before) although she had checked in online the Friday before. Very unprofessional would not go there again.

I needed to see a dentist asap as I had a massive toothache…during this pandemic. Dr. Pacheco and team were able to get me in immediately, for which I was very appreciative. They took care of me as best they could then referred me to a specialist as my issue was more than just a toothache/cavity. I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail especially during this pandemic. I plan on becoming a regular patient from now on. Thank you Dr. Pacheco, Dr. Medina and team.

Took our son here and the staff was great and the doctor was even better. We highly recommend Dr. Pacheco he does a great job making sure the job is done right and really puts his patients at ease.
