Ozarks Community Hospital

So this lady Patterson is her last name. She violated my rights she gave information out about my daughter. When she came through the emergency room just because we went to high school just because your best friends with the father that don't give her any rights to report anything to a parent that don't have custody I just called up there and she still working there I will report her again

My mom was at OCH swing bed for rehab in Nov/Dec and again end of Jan-Feb. Overall the staff was very good to her, attentive to her needs including therapy and acute care.

Had an appointment set up for 11am. They call us a day or 2 prior and let us know someone had canceled and if we could come in at 8am we agreed...showed up early thinking they'd get to my son within a reasonable time. Its currently 11:06 and they have yet to see him. Had a seperate doctor's appointment for another child that i thought we could get to after this one. But due to the 3 plus hours and counting that he has yet to be seen. Ill end up having to reschedule. The other appointment.

Visited a patient yesterday and was blown away by how great the staff was. I have visited patients at several large hospitals in Dallas and didn't see half the personalized care I saw at Ozarks. - All of the nurses & aids were attentive, friendly, and made small talk with the patients. - The meal service staff was amazing too, they came into the room and walked through every option on the menu for the patients and were able to customize meals to their needs/preferences. While the hospital is smaller and a little dated, the staff more than makeup for this by treating the patients like their own family and maintenance staff has kept the place in good condition. Thank yall for the great work!

I had an accidental opportunity to visit this hospital. I had a freak accident that got me a three month stay at this hospital. During my stay there I got an opportunity to meet a lot of nice smiling people. Well, maybe that one GUY that didn't. The therapeutic side of my stay was another experience itself. They were very knowledgeable on their profession. They never put me in any position of pain. Maybe I experienced a little pain but that came with healing too. I would/will not ever give up on their work. All the staff that worked with my healing, care, and mental stability on a daily basis, I cannot thank them enough for helping me get through my experience. They helped me in ways that got me through every day activities that we all take for granted. Again my experience was way more ex
