Pharmacist James goes above and beyond, personally ensuring every patient understands their medication and any potential side effects. The personalized attention I received was a breath of fresh air compared to other pharmacies. James is exceedingly kind, knowledgeable, and skilled. He filled my prescriptions immediately and was incredibly helpful in quickly resolving an issue when I had a bad reaction to one of my medications over the weekend. Austin drugs in my opinion is one of the best drugstores they fill your prescriptions quickly and efficiently the pharmacist has no problem coming out and speaking with the customer he will come and explain the medication Make sure you know how to take it we'll explain side effects he really cares about his customers which is hard to find these days. The girls that work there are all very professional and polite they make you feel like you're wanted they appreciate your business if you need something that they don't have or do not carry regularly they will order it for you and usually have it the next day. And most of all they deliver which is a big help when you live alone and or you are a disabled senior I very highly recommend Austin drugs.

James is very through and personable. You feel like you’ve known him for a decade after your first conversation. The team are excellent at getting your prescription together on short notice.

This place has some memories for me. My dad and uncle would take me here for some hot coco while they had coffee. They used to have their mugs on the counter for the regulars, not sure if they do still, but those are the days I like to look back on.
