Ozark Family Dental

Been taking my daughter here for years and have absolutely always loved the care she has received, even when she was little and bit Dr. Reed. He was always amazing with her and we had the opportunity today to meet Dr. Cameron Willis. He was extremely kind and patient. He did a wonderful job explaining to my daughter what was going on with her teeth in a way that she was able to understand. All the staff members we encountered were and are wonderful ladies.

I've only had the experience of an initial visit for cleaning so far, but first impression is excellent. Ozark/Dr. Reed comes very highly recommended by 2 of my sons. Dianna, the hygienist, was knowledgeable and gentle, and the rinse water wasn't cold!

First time visit went amazing and I hate going to the dentist. Ozark Family dental professionalism from the front desk to the dental hygienist (Bethany) to the dentist was superb! Knowledgeable and upfront with the plan how to improve my dental care. Bethany delivered all the ins and outs of what I need to perform at home and what will be done at the office. I’m excited to start my journey with the Ozark Family dental team.

So far, it has been a great experience with both the dentist. At this location period the staff is very friendly and very helpful. And has been able to get my kids in very quickly, even when they're in pain period we are very grateful and very appreciative of Their bedside manner, or should I say chairside manner? If that makes more sense period both dinners are very good. Explaining stuff to the point that anyone could understand it. So that you're making an informed decision. If you're going to spend your money on dental procedures. Thtreatment plan estimates have been very accurate as we It sure looks like we found a new dentist! Six stars out of five in my book.

Dr. Reed is THE absolute best in all of Joplin, hands down. I have been coming to his office for YEARS, and I even left to try out Access Family Care... and that was a HUGE mistake!!!! I came right back to Dr. Reed!!!! I am so sad that he might be retiring soon though :( Thanks Dr. Reed for all you do! You rock!! He did surgery on my son today and my baby is back home, napping. Has no complaints so far. I am so grateful everything went smoothly. I was a hot mess because of the TERRIBLE nightmare of an experience I had at Access.... thanks again Dr. Reed ❤️
