My appointment was prompt and efficient. I had performed the E-check in prior to my arrival, so I barely had time to sit down in the lobby, when I was ushered into a room by the nurse, with the Doctor soon after. After our introductions and my history discussed, my diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up appointment was soon completed and I was on my way!! It's a relief to have so easily established an excellent Dermatologist for my skin care needs!! Highly recommended!!😁👍

I have had excellent experiences at the Lowell Ozark Dermatology office. I see Dr. Jamie Abbott, she is so kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. Dr. Abbott always gives me thorough exams, explaining everything I need to know to keep my senior skin in good condition.

I started coming in Oct 8, 2024, for toenail fungus and itching on my left thigh. Here it is Jul. 9, 2025, 9 months later and nothing is better. They keep scheduling follow-ups but do nothing. All the follow-ups do is make them more money. I bought a $9 tube of FungiNail 2 weeks ago and the fungus is almost gone. 9 months of nothing but cash in their pockets. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent care. Excellent staff. They are great about getting you an appointment made. I've never had to wait longer than 2 weeks to be seen but usually next day. They really listen and take their time to be sure you receive the proper care. I highly recommend Mary Hilton.
