Dr. Olayemi has always been so kind and respectful to my family. Made my children feel welcome and I appreciate all his support. Also we love Rachel! Very good staff and team. I have been going here for six years.

This is a very terrible place to call and make a schedule I have filed a complaint about my experience with customer service personnel on Monday (10/09/2023) at 1:10pm. I called customer service about me child’s health form. The lady who I spoke with was discussing my issue with her colleagues after the call without them knowing I was hearing everything they were saying over the phone. I called the office again to let them know that I was going to file a complaint on that, but they seem not bothered about that. Fast forward, the doctor’s nurse (Amber) called few seconds after my initial call, we agreed on a day for my son to come in. Because I am not able to meet the deadline for my son’s school, the school is needing me to bring a schedule confirmation card to show that I have an appointm

We love this clinic and our medical team. However, I am very disappointed that Mercy isn't offering the COVID vaccine for children at any of their locations in NWA this year. They recommended I go to Arkansas Children's hospital in Springdale who told me they are only doing the vaccines for established patients. Just wanted it to be noted how disappointing this was.

Update: I called NWA Pediatrics (Mana) at pinnacle hills after the below experience. They said that they were booked up through tomorrow, but asked what was wrong with my daughter. After I told them stomach pains, they put me on hold for less than a minute to come back and let me know that they’ll squeeze her in. We got in, had a great experience, got our meds and got home all before I needed to pick up her brother from school. Thank you for forcing me to use someone else. **Also- the impersonal computer response below speaks volumes to my complaint. CEO Dr Goss and his fellow leadership are so incredibly detached from their patients. It’s quite unfortunate. Unfortunately, this clinic lines up with the rest under Mercy's leadership. This office is great and Dr. O is the best. Every time we have an appointment, we are seen within 10 min of arrival (often less) and always have a great experience. I highly recommend this office, and Dr. O in particular.
