Oxnard CAREPLUS Urgent Care

This is my first time ever visiting this place-It is horrible that you all employ terrible front desk personnel like Stephanie . Individual has terrible customer service & cares not for the patients. Im not fond of going to hospitals & or getting care from clinics due to personnel like that. It was for a simple ear infection & I had to leave to Ventura.

I had a great experience at Clinicas Urgent Care. The facility was very clean and well-maintained. Front desk staff were courteous, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth. I appreciated that the wait time for my appointment was minimal. The radiologist was exceptionally friendly and made the entire exam process easy and stress-free. Overall, a professional and comfortable visit from start to finish.

This is the best best urgent care/medical office I have ever been to, the best experience in urgent care I have ever had. I'm 67. I've I've raised 2 boys, and had to move a lot. Oxnard Careplus really impressed me. Every single person I met was bright and respectful and thoughtful. My PA , Spence, was extraordinary. I would gladly see her regularly and recommend her to friends and family. I recommend this place highly. Easy parking. Short wait time. Clean. I could not be more impressed.

I will be returning if my Dr. Is unable to see me. The staff at the urgent care and also the pharmacy were very helpful. I was given a Dr.'s note upon returning to work. Great service from the urgent care and pharmacy. They work very well together.

I had a great experience here as a patient NP Spence promptly took care of my needs after an unfortunate fall and twisted ankle, everyone was very nice and accommodating, shoutout to my entire care team from PSR Celine who quickly got me and appointment, both X-ray techs Gabriel and Michelle and well as my great medical assistants Gabriel and Eddie; highly recommend, very nice staff and caring team !
