The front desk team was efficient and helpful with scheduling and insurance questions. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough, and Dr. Sugar took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. It’s not often you leave a dental appointment smiling, but I truly did! Highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality care and a warm, friendly atmosphere.
With tons of experience having bad dentist in the past. Dr. Sugar and the Sugar Family Dental practice have made me realize there are GREAT Dentists and practices still around. If you haven’t gone to Dr.Sugar/Sugar family dental you are missing out on the best dental experiences ever. They are kind, down to earth , friendly, warm , sincere, empathetic and above all truly care about you the patient. I would give them 100 ⭐️ if I could.
Was somewhat of an emergency visit. Wasn’t sure they could work me in. They did! Dr. Sugar was great & clearly understood what I needed. Everyone in the office was wonderful also. Thank you for the great customer service!
