Customer services rep PENNY is rude and wants to be difficult on the phone. Thinks she can talk down to people and raise her voice. Had to put her in her place. She dislikes her job and only makes Pennie’s doing it. Poor girl! Call elsewhere!

It's not open to the public, they're very nice about explaining they are a niche market provider that serves nursing homes and such. Great to know they can serve such an important group of people. Again- not open to the public. Don't bother unless you're referred by a nursing home or home health nurse.

This pharmacy has to be one of the greatest in my area! When my senior mother had been discharged from her nursing home, Owl Western Pharmacy quickly sent my mother’s prescription medicine on the exact same day! They are top-notch and always ready to help!
