I’ve had my share of unpleasant dental experiences in the past — some due to questionable competence, others because the practice seemed more interested in selling than caring. That’s why finding Dr. Seoane has been such a relief. She’s friendly, experienced, and highly competent, putting me at ease from the start. The office manager, Melvin, is outstanding. He’s professional, yet personable — the kind of person who makes you feel more like a friend than a patient. Together, they create an atmosphere that’s both welcoming and reassuring. I actually look forward to appointments now, which says a lot coming from someone who used to dread the dentist!

In March of this year, I took my daughter to this place for a dental evaluation and a cleaning. They wouldn't let me be with my daughter and told me I had to wait in the waiting room. After the dental cleaning and some x-rays, they told me my daughter had 13 cavities!!! When I asked how much it would cost to fix the cavities, they told me it all depended on the number of sessions and whether or not my daughter would "cooperate" while they were working on her (my daughter is a teenager who has never had any problems going to the dentist). They never gave me an estimate or a quote. Also, It's very important to mention that at no point was my daughter evaluated by a dentist, only the dental hygienist who performed the cleaning and a man at the front desk spoke to me. I can't say enough good things about our experience at this dental office! My daughter has been a patient here since she was 4, and now she's 15. The level of care and customer service we receive is consistently outstanding. A special shout-out to Melvin, who always goes above and beyond to accommodate us and help with anything we need. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist make every visit a pleasure. The entire team is professional, caring, and dedicated to providing the best dental care. We're grateful for the excellent service and the positive atmosphere. Highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

This office was absolutely fantastic. Great location, easy parking, and everyone there was absolutely stellar. I had a really bad experience at Sage Dental in Winter Park that almost left me in tears. I felt very defeated from my experience there, and my co-worker told me about this office. I am so fortunate to have taken her advice. Melvin, Sophia & Dr. Seonne were fantastic and I can't wait to return (even tho going to any dentist isn't "fun" lol) 5 stars!!!! 😀😀

Today I took my son to the clinic for the first time and he was very pleased. He had his teeth cleaned and I was very happy, as was my son, because at the other clinic he went to they only brushed his teeth and put a paste on them for cavities and that was it, but here they cleaned them thoroughly.
