Had my first appointment at this office with Dr. Ehsan Rafiq. Front office was helpful and Dr. Rafiq was very patient with me explaining my issues and offered feedback only after I explained everything. He was very personable and sent my prescription within an hour to the pharmacy. He also was willing to listen to what I considered very emotional thoughts about my concerns and very rationally reviews my family history risk and come up with a safe treatment plan to rule out anything and everything.

It's a Great place Dr Giday is Fabulous. The staff are on top of things

After coming here for over 3 years I will be looking for a new Gastroenterologist and I suggest you do the same. I booked a follow up appointment with Dr. Giday after a procedure. Come to find out the day before that it had not been booked with him and I had to rebook it for 2 weeks later to see him. It was also in an office 40 minutes from me versus my normal office which is 15. I arrive at my appointment only to be seen by someone that WASN’T my dr. After rescheduling and driving 40 minutes! I am SO disappointed, I feel disrespected and I will not be coming here any more. To make it worse I left a voicemail asking about what happened and when I received a call back was told that I should have just asked for him when I got there. I was in shock and am shy so no I did not do that but inste

Dr was attentive and reviewed my heath with me. He has always taken good care of me. He's a professional in his field. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Ruderman is a knowledgeable and explains things clearly. He takes the time to listen, answer questions, and treats his patients with respect and kindness. He also has a wonderful staff at his Oviedo Office.
