Overcharge issues, and they told me 2hr to see a provider. At 3 hr they invite me back, telling me ten minutes to see a provider. It’s been half an hour and no provider, while I hear staff joking around outside my door😂. Go elsewhere…

Not appropriate for Urgent Care. This is a combined Urgent Care/Primary care facility. Those with primary car appointments get seen at their appointment time so if there isn't any slack, the clinic will see fewer than 3 urgent care patients per hour (as experienced on 2/26/26, 1 doctor only on staff). Might be fine for primary care! Front office seems pleasant enough. Just making a selfish business decision of getting that sweet sweet urgent care revenue without building up any incremental staffing.

I joined an online line for urgent care and arrived here around 11:50AM. After some checks, finally saw the doctor at around 1:30PM. Staff are nice but just long waiting time.

I don’t leave bad reviews (or reviews in general) often so you can trust me on this. It took 2 hours to get in, medical assistant claims they’ll bring the doctor in very soon. Doctor comes in a whopping 40 MINUTES later. At least tell me that I need to wait that long even INSIDE the doctor’s office. The doctor was unprofessional, did not go through with me thoroughly. Moment he steps in he says, “So you have a virus that’s causing all of this.” And then just stands there looking at me. Sorry What am I supposed to say to that as a patient? Usually, isn’t a doctor supposed to ask what have you been going through, dealing with, I was planning to go through all the symptoms, what I tried (including already visiting another doctor a few days prior and getting benzonatate prescribed— which he

I was so pleasantly surprised with the efficiency and care i experienced. Sevilla greeted me with a wonderful smile and quickly input my information and got me into the que for tests and exam. Several Technicians were involved and they all were kind and efficient. Dr Rosales was informative and genuine in her analysis and summary. I went away with prescriptions, documents referring to the test results and everything was shared to My Chart. I am very grateful for the option of a visit to this clinic as my Regular Drs office could not “fit me in” for several days!!!… by which time I might have required hospitalization! Thank you for taking care of me!
