Monique was amazing! She was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and she even took the time to call me back about my insurance question which I truly didn’t expect and really appreciated. My schedule is pretty limited, so the process took a bit longer on my end, but she was so patient and understanding the entire time. I genuinely felt taken care of from start to finish. Thank you, Monique, for going above and beyond!

Dr. Dada and her staff Felecia, Jason & Sonia are top notch. They are attentive, caring, and thorough! While it took me several months to get into Dr. Dada, I’m glad I waited as she deeply cares for her patients. Having been to several other rheumatologist's previously I now know why it’s important to get a second opinion. I recommend her and her staff to anyone who needs to see an amazing rheumatologist!

Clinic has good doctors but the staff is poor at communication. My wife has been a patient for Dr. Dada and Dr. Dinh for the past year and many of the voice mails we receive from the girl medical assistant are incomprehensible and unprofessional. Last voicemail was spoken so fast we could not understand anything and she kept saying “I’m gonna be honest with you, I don’t know”. This is very unprofessional when your health and life is on the line and the response you receive is I don’t know. Also, sometimes it takes weeks when my wife asks Dr. Dinh a simple medical question to get a response. I appreciate the quick response from the doctors but the administrative staff definitively needs some improvement.

I am forever grateful to Dr. Dada for giving me my life back. It truly feels like a second rebirth. There was a time when I could barely walk and lived with so much pain that a normal life felt impossible. Today, I am pain-free, active, and fully enjoying my life again. Thank you, Dr. Dada, for your care, skill, and compassion.

Very grateful to have found the Overlake Arthritis and Osteoporosis Center. The facility is warm, welcoming, hospitable, and run by a great team of nurses and physicians. In my visits, I've noticed everyone walking out with a huge smile and lots of optimism. It seems that patients here will travel long distances for such top-quality, compassionate care. Communication is prompt, clear, and concise before and after visits. Overall an excellent clinic!
