I had a great experience at my physical therapy appointment today! My physical therapist, Rachel, was fantastic. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the exercises and the healing process. I left feeling informed, encouraged, and actually excited to start working on the exercises to get better. I also want to give a special shout-out to Amanda at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly professional and welcoming. She truly made me feel like a valued new patient. Honestly, it has been over 10 years since I’ve experienced customer service like that. Great job, Amanda! I’ll definitely be back💚💙

I’ve been a patient here for over eight months, and the care I’ve received has made a tremendous difference in my lower back rehabilitation. The therapists used a variety of methods to help identify the source of my pain, assisted with nerve conduction studies, and worked through extensive trial-and-error to figure out what treatments were actually effective for me. Their thorough and attentive approach ultimately helped determine that I needed a microdiscectomy and laminectomy—and they supported me every step of the way. Kind and patient staff. Clean facility. Well equipped. I came here for some PT on my hip while pregnant. The staff was super knowledgeable and helpful in treating my hip pain and gave me advice for after pregnancy. I actually looked forward to going to PT each week!

Rachel is an amazing Pelvic floor PT. After being seen at other clinics who “specialized in pelvic floor” I was experiencing more pain than ever and being dismissed. Rachel heard me and worked with me to understand my individual needs. My case wasn’t straightforward and she had the knowledge to modify unlike others who only worsened my situation. There are often long waits to get in but that’s because she is amazing and worth the wait.

Outpatient Physical Therapy in Puyallup is amazing. The staff are super sweet and friendly. Rachel, my daughter's Physical Therapist, is the best. She is personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this facility.
