Outpatient Pharmacy at Sinai Hospital

The service at this pharmacy need help. You go though three or four person before you can get a answer. Or call back because no one gave you a amount as to how much your scripts cost. Then they ask if you want it delivered. Delivery person come system always down you try to pay cash she doesn't even have the balance after you remove the total amount for the prescriptions. Plus the $3 whatever is left a $1.50 whatever she don't have it. Driver says system is down you can call pharmacy and have them a charger to your card. You call pharmacy oh we don't take cars over the phone. It's funny They have to be more prepared customer service sucks if you didn't win three four people and got nowhere.

They make mistakes and won't take responsibility for them. They are rude, and will call security on you claiming that you are when your trying to get medication filled. They don’t know what time management is, they tell you that you’re medication will be ready in an hour, but you go there and all of the sudden they never filled it and you now have to wait 40 min to an hours to get medication that was supposed to be ready. They need a full staff and management overhaul. Clean house.

They answer the phone respectfully but they had me waiting 6 days for a prescription that was done the day after my doctor sent it. They had excuse after excuse, it made no since. I had to call my doctor and my insurance to help them do their job.

Its like the first time every time now. I have a CC on file. I have never picked up a script it is always sent Fed Ex or courier. I still get a call on how I would like it delivered, I still have call them back and ask where it is, place used to be good but has become terrible.

The absolute worst wait and service.
