Outpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation

Is with great sadness that I write this review. My son has been receiving speech, physical and occupational therapy for his condition since he was three months old. I transferred his care to Golisano since previous experiences with other specialties had been great with Golisano in the past. So I though rehabilitation services were going to be great there too. All the staff I dealt initially were good until I dealt with Nichole the speech therapist and Lisa the manager. They wanted my son to have speech therapy only once a week when the speech is the one therapy he needs the most. Never been in a place where the parents voice as the child’s needs were not heard or taken in consideration. Also is a smaller facility and one day I overheard the therapist discussing another mom’s behavior
