The staff are wonderful. The CEO could take a hike. He's lost more providers with his corporate mentality than I care to discuss. I invited him to call me up to coerce me into resuming my annual donations to Outer Cape Health Services. Obviously he has more impotent things to do as I ain't heard from him yet. His loss he'll be gone just like that. Narcissistic egotistical director that put the elevator in at the monument in Provincetown. Here today. Gone tomorrow. Adios.

Probably some of the best healthcare that my wife and I have received. Caring, attentive, knowledgeable staff. A totally reasonable wait for an urgent care place. Everyone has been kind, proactive and genuinely focused on patient health.

Walk-in care is NOT covered by private insurance. Friendly staff at the desk tells me that the answering service that answers the phones for Outer Cape Health Services during working hours routinely gives out INCORRECT information to questions like "do you offer Urgent Care". Desk staff in PTown informs me that since July 1, 2025 they emphatically do NOT offer "Urgent Care" and are NOT covered by private insurance. Instead, they require up-front payment of $290 for (similar-sounding?) "Walk-in service". After driving from Truro for urgent care, I decided to turn around, end my vacation, and go to Boston-area urgent care I could trust. This is not the experience I would recommend to anyone. Fantastic facility that appears to have every service you could need, including a pharmacy attached. My husband and I went for a checkup and was seen very quickly for urgent care. The gentleman working at the front desk the morning of 5/5 was wonderful and so incredibly helpful. The medical assistant, Dianne Cullen, was absolutely amazing and is a true asset to the center. Further, the doctor (Heather Duncan) was very thorough and took good care of my husband. Thank you so much - we can't recommend this place highly enough.

Experiencing sudden, severe difficulty breathing ("can barely breathe") alongside a blood pressure reading of 180 or higher is a medical emergency, even if your oxygen saturation (O2) reads 100% and your blood pressure has slightly decreased. A top number (systolic) of 186 is enough on its own to categorize this as a hypertensive crisis when combined with your difficulty breathing American Heart Association.
