Staff are knowledgeable and caring. Staff listen and help put my parent at ease. Kitchen is good at accommodating to dietary needs. Staff encourage & support my parent's desire to return to independent functioning.

My mother was here for hospice care until she passed. From what I could tell the staff were competent and caring. Due to covid, visitors aren't allowed inside right now. At least they let me talk to my mom though an exterior window. Fortunately they did allow mom's death doula inside as the doula was a medical professional. This meant that my mom didn't have to die totally alone. Thank you, seashore point staff!

I am a private duty nurse who had a patient who had to go to rehab here for 3 weeks inpatient. Despite the fact that my patient was it was an extraordinarily difficult person the staff of nurses and CNA were wonderful and worked with her difficulties fabulously

Always plesant and welcoming/helpful....had a great visit with my Aunt...and interaction her neighbors and friends at Seashore pointe....so glad to be "recognized" by the Concierge-step....YES!!!!...i appreciate that....thanks...chSunspirit
