Outer Banks Health Urgent Care - Kitty Hawk

I have trusted Kitty Hawk urgent care for years and years because of the excellence of their employees. I go at a time when it’s not crowded, always so efficient, kind, and super user-friendly. PA Valerie saw me twice in the last six months, and she is absolutely excellent, great bedside manner, and thoroughness of service, as is the same for everyone who has been a helper to me. Can’t recommend the place highly enough.

All staff were polite and the care I was given was i felt extremely good. The NP was truly concerned about my issue with chest conjunction as sell as my high blood sugar ĺevel. After several test were given to include chest xray and ekg both given by great staff. We discussed meds and a prescription was given. I should add that currently i do not have PCP which follow up should be done when i find a new PCP. Overall i would certainly recommend this provider. Thank you to the staff!

I had a great experience at Outer Banks Health Urgent Care. From check-in to discharge, the staff was kind, professional, and very attentive. They took my concerns seriously, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the wait time was very reasonable. In a stressful situation, they truly made things easier and more reassuring. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would absolutely recommend them to others.

It was very efficient. From the x-ray tech to the nurse practitioner to the nurse giving me crutches and wrapping my knee. All were very professional and timely. Great experience other than my knee.😜

I walked in on Dec 12 and was taken back pretty quickly. There were about 4-5 other people ahead of me and I did not wait long. Jan 10 I was the only one there when I got there. After getting back right away, all the treatment I received, I was out within an hour. Everyone was wonderful, helpful and compassionate.
