Rude office staff. Very uncomfortable to communicate with. Still overcharged me even I explained them I was deployed for army so I could not pay it yet( i m back fully paid my charges). I think I overpaid the work here but wont wasting my time fighting over that.

I have only had great experiences with the staff. It has been such a positive experience that my child, husband and I all come here. Even my friend was expressing to me about how reasonable their prices are to replace a permanent retainer, compared to many different places she called to get an estimate from. They absolutely deserve their high rating.
