Susan Cizmas did an amazing job guiding me through the BrainTap process. Her voice was calming and she explained everything so well. I left feeling centered and refreshed. My massage experience with Cindy Martinez was wonderful as well. She is extremely nice, very knowledgeable, and takes the time to understand what your body needs. I felt completely comfortable and cared for the entire session.

Dr. Meleski is a rare example of what interactions between providers and patients should be. She was a perfect blend of deep knowledge and expertise and relatability. Cindy is so great. Her knowledge in healing bodywork is unsurpassed. We’ve done some work in my arms/shoulders to gain more flexibility as well as hips/legs and pelvic work. She talks you through what to expect to make you feel comfortable and teaches you how to breath through the tough parts and recommends home maintenance. She cares and it can be felt in how she shows up for her clients.

Dr. Francisco Guerrero is an amazing chiropractor. He truly listened to all of my concerns and took the time to address each one. He relieved as much discomfort as possible, and every time I leave after an adjustment, I feel like I’m in a completely new body. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for real care and results.

I’ve been seeing Rubie Mendoza for my lymphatic massages post surgery and she’s been great! I was so swollen when I went to her the first time and after my first visit my legs and ankles were back to normal. She’s very helpful, kind, and listens to my concerns, and she’s so gentle!
