A very inviting, clean medical hospital and its staff and specialist doctors are kind and know their craftsmanship in the fields of medicine. I do truly recommend this as a first choice in health care!

I am incredibly grateful for the care I received at the ER during a somewhat frightening experience. I was treated with professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern from the moment I arrived. The medical staff acted quickly, explained what they were doing, and made sure I felt safe and supported during a vulnerable time. Beginning with the charge Nurse Brittanie. The entire staff was attentive, kind, and patient, taking the time to check on me and ensure I was comfortable. They didn’t just treat my condition—they treated me as a person, which made a difficult situation much easier to get through. Thank you to my nurse Olivia, phlebotomist Lacey, EKG and X-Ray technician and entire ER team for your skill, empathy, and dedication. The care I received truly made a difference.

More often than not we only hear the negative regarding patient care. After being admitted in the ER this morning, I can personally say that the positives stand in a league that can only be described as exceptional. A team that knew what they were doing (from admissions to discharge) and did so swiftly and painlessly. The human connection was a bonus, but very much added a healing touch. Thank you! Bridget

My cousin had to come here while she had covid. She had a bad experience. The nurses were dismissing of her. On New Year's Day of 2024, I was having severe pain (I have Crohn's disease) it felt like I was being jabbed with a pair of scissors. Whenever I walked up to the front desk, I was hunched over due to the pain. I asked for a wheelchair, I never received one. The first thing that they said to me was, "ma'am, we can't just give you pain medication. You have to wait to see the doctor." I never asked for any pain medication. I asked for a wheelchair that I never received. At one point, Lourdes hospital was the place to go. I can honestly say, I had a much better experience at Lafayette general when I went in October. General has come a long way, their staff are way more friendly and help

My brother had emergency surgery at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center and needless to say, I’m throughly impressed with the staff!! ☺️ Many of them have been soooooo kind and supportive!! Made us feel like family! ❤️ Special Kudos 🎊 to the following people who have made this visit most comfortable: NP Blake Hill, Dr. Trajan, Dr. Jad Aridi, Dr. Jobe, Nurse Megan, Nurse Dana, Nurse Clara, Nurse Camryn, Phlebotomist Ms. Mary, CNA Ms. Londa, CNA Gracelyn, Housekeeping Supervisor Ms. April, Glow, and Mr. Fredericks!!
