Always my go to! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Carli is amazing and gets the job done! I have major upper and lower back issues due to computer and phone work, as well as driving a lot. & most can’t fix it to my satisfaction. But she gets it done!!! No better masseuse! Relaxation or deep tissue she’s great!!! see yall again soon!

I went to her this morning and it was wonderful. She gave me a deep tissue massage and I feel so good. I was dealing with some lower back pain and she help relieve my pain. I truly appreciate and enjoyed my massage...

Regimen Health has a great massage parlor in a house off Bertrand Drive in a nice quiet area. Carli who runs it is very dedicated to her craft and always makes herself available for customers. She's very professional and has a lot of experience, and she's very nice. The house has a big driveway so parking is always easy.

I have been seeing Carli for about 10 years now. I will not see anyone else. She is my favorite massage therapist. Not only is she the best, but she is a wonderful lady. I 100% recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Amazing! I wish I could rate this place 10 stars. I went in and had my whole life turned around. My neck, back, and legs feel so different after that massage. My husband and I were talking about how great they were the whole ride home. I felt so relieved and my husband said his neck pain completely disappeared. We will definitely be back again for the couples massage. Thank you so much!!!
