I was a patient at this clinic for almost 7 yrs. In that length of time I can’t tell you how many PA’s came and went. Same with the office staff and back medical assistants. They have a crazy turn over rate. Before Christmas I called the office to ask if I could get my meds fill 2 days early due to traveling out of state for the holidays. Sally the office manager and just happens to be the doctor’s wife as well and she runs the office answered my call and she did not like that I was asking to fill my meds 2 days early and so when I went to my regular appt in January I was told they would no longer see me as a patient. There bedside manner is ridiculous. They came across and very nice and accommodating but they’re not. They don’t listen to you when you want to talk. The np wanted nothing to do with hearing what my husband had to say. This clinic is all about the money. They do not care about your pain. They will even sabotage any chance you have of getting procedure if they don’t like you. They do not care. You are a dollar sign to them. That’s it.

I went to this clinic for severe chronic back pain had all the paperwork sent to them with imaging they decided they wanted to put a steroid shot in my back they put me on Tylenol 4S would not prescribe anything stronger I have failed three times and was in a car accident would not help me with the acute as they would say pain I had to go through my primary physician for something stronger than pain I went there on the 28th for an appointment talk to them about why they wouldn't up the dose why they would not help me with the acute pain and that you know why couldn't they have done something when I called them when I was an emergency room from a car wreck to help me with pain. Dr. Slagle appeared to be a good doctor and I had no bad experiences while I was with this clinic. Then I was involved in a car accident in which another party was liable. I called to get an appointment to check everything out and was told by Michael (office manager) that I would have to find another clinic, because they do not see patients with pending liability insurance settlements. I was disappointed but understood their position. However, this was a huge inconvenience when i had soreness from the accident and was in need of services - and it can take months to get an appointment at another clinic. Two clinics and 1.5 years later, I called and tried to get back in with Dr. Slagle. The receptionist would not allow me to talk to the nurse. She put me on hold and then came back and

Dr Slagle changed my life for the better. I could barely get around when he started treating me and now I can physically do pretty much what I want to do. I highly recommend him and his kind and caring staff.
