OU Health - University of Oklahoma Medical Center Outpatient Surgery Unit

The gps took me to the back side. I asked this person who his tag said transporter inside the elevador he kept sighing and look annoyed. I asked a physician for directions and he gave a clear dead look and then sent me to the place. When I got there at 5:45 no one was on the front I yelled “hello” called the phones number like 10x. The 1st operator kept me on hold and never came back the 2nd one didn’t know who to sent me to or help me, the 3rd person hanged up on me until I called the 4th person and was able to give correct direction. I have taken laxetives as a drink for a colonoscopy I had to walk around the hospital to find my location while needing to use the bathroom. I have always had great experience with the surgery center. This review is for the very lazy valet service. I have been at the hospital for about a week my wife is admitted. I have used the valet at outpatient and so have several guests who have visited my wife. They just dont move, you pull up and they just look at you. You need to go in and go up to them and ask them to help you. Very lazy valet at outpatient. Maybe someone should supervise them a little. I have been coming to the ou health complex for almost 3 years now and have always had great valet service at the Stephenson center. But I was very upset with how I saw the valet treated the patients at outpatient.

Took my boyfriend here to the ER 05 February 2021 after he was physically assaulted without reason. We went here to get him stitched up. Nursing staff were asking if he ran his mouth to people. He's 120lbs and skinny as can be. Do your job, mind your business, have some bedside manner. Also you took 4½hours with an empty ER.

I get my taxes stolen for the next decade to pay for a surgery I had here. I was misled on payment, so.... I am very hesitant to get any surgeries from any hospital because of my experience here. It has led to my journey of mistrusting doctors.

My experience is waiting n parking ng lot till my friend gets out of surgery bout 8 hrs...so instead of parking lot this time I found the Myriad Gardens n a local Mexican Restaurant with wonderful service ,nice place n Drinks were refreshing...now I know what to do next week...
