OU Health Physicians - Children's Multispecialty Clinic at Mercy

My infant had an appointment with Dr Ardhanari, to have an EKG done. The lady that ran the tests name was Meghan she was perfect, even singing a short lullaby to soothe my baby. Dr Ardhanari was awesome and thoroughly explained the results! Also the nurse was wonderful and super polite. Very professional, kind people.

Dominic Frimbeger was supposed to fix the torsion for my then 3year old son an instead ended up leaving with more problems than we started with. I attempted to speak with him before surgery an he was very short an angry telling me he didn’t have time to answer any questions; we were doing this or we were not, which was it? I thought he was confident, only to discover much later he was merely pompous. It’s coming up on 3years later an his current urologist tells me I may not have the joy of grandchildren. I should have told Dominic we were not doing this an left. Don’t make the mistake I did, if you feel you should leave, leave. I later contacted the hospital an left messages, no one called me back until last year. They’re only intent was damage control, not actual concern over their surgeo

The valet lost our truck. It took over half an hour for them to find it. The room was a mess and the breakfast dishes we there and it was noon. It was hard to find your way around. The nurses were rude and unhelpful. My daughter said they would never answer the call light.

We saw doctor Overholt, he was great. Also, Valerie was amazing, she was so sweet, and kind to my daughter.

I called and scheduled an appointment for my daughter beginning January end of December for February.. get up there for her appointment and they don’t have her on the schedule and her dr isn’t even there.. the office manager gave me attitude when telling me when her dr would be on next because I couldn’t do that day I could do the next day.. so instead of a 6 month appointment it will be 7 months.. very unprofessional and rude.
