Oswego Optique

First of all, I have stopped going to other health care service providers because of how poorly the front office staff has treated me. I have left even when the doctor was excellent. So I am very pleased to say that Denise was excellent as was Candice during my two visits. Now about the doctor, Stephen Olsen. First, very professionally dressed in a suit. That is rare these days, so it made a great first impression. But about his skills...so great! The prescription on my glasses have never been better. And he took time to show me and explain my eyes on the screen where nerve damages could appear. Oh I wish I would have found him years ago!

I love Oswego Optique. I been going there for 30 years. I can't begin to thank Shari Olsen for the most incredible amount of help she gave me at my last eye visit. Eye health is so important, and I know that i am in the best of hands with Oswego Optique!!! Denise has worked there for so long and she is exceptionally helpful and kind... thank you very much!!!

Dr. Olsen and his staff are always courteous and knowledgeable. Our family have been patients for years due to the professionalism, congeniality and excellent care they provide; in addition to excellent insurance processing and recommendations for eyewear purchases and maintenance. We recommend Oswego Optique to anyone considering first time eye examination to replacement or repair of lenses/contacts.

This optometry office is ok. The support staff are great -- scheduling, glasses orders, etc. They are very friendly. Dr. Olsen knows how to operate all the technology and is technically very competent, but made ZERO attempt to help me understand what's going on with my eyes, what the changes in my diagnosis mean for my eyesight and glasses.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Olsen and his team at Oswego Optique. I’ve been a patient here for years and the level of care and service they continue to provide is exceptional. I definitely recommend visiting them for your next checkup.
